What good IT can bring, in numbers

Nine typical situations, each with approach and result. They show how we tackle a task and which order of magnitude is realistic.

How to read these examples

All examples are worked examples with assumed values and do not describe customer projects. We calculate staff cost at €45 per hour. Your result depends on your situation, so we go through your numbers in the conversation.

Worked example

A trade business with 25 employees

Situation
Mail, accounting and network sit with three suppliers. When something breaks, the office manager calls all three.
Approach
Assessment, logins in one place, a twelve-month roadmap and a fixed care agreement.
Result
Problems come together in one place. The office manager is back at office work instead of on the phone.

Worked example

An office of 12 introduces AI tools

Situation
Some already use AI privately, partly with customer data. There are no rules and results vary widely.
Approach
Two half days of in-house training, shared rules on one page and three practised workflows from office life.
Result
The team knows what is allowed and saves noticeable time on texts and research.

Build

Worked example

A guesthouse with 18 rooms

Situation
Nearly all bookings arrive through portals that charge commission. The old website is slow and shows no availability.
Approach
A new website with easybooking as the booking path, clear room pages, and content for search and AI assistants.
Result
More guests book directly. The saved commission stays in the house.

A wholesaler with grown ordering software

Situation

The system keeps running calmly and new requests are done in days rather than weeks.

Worked example

An installation company with 400 incoming invoices a month

Situation
Each invoice is pulled from the mail, typed in, matched to the job and approved. That takes about six minutes each.
Approach
Invoices are read and matched to the job automatically. One person only checks deviations and approves.
Result
At €45 staff cost per hour, almost €1,500 a month is freed up for better work.
